Privacy Policy

KGA SNS (the "Company") treats the protection of your personal information as a top priority. This Policy explains how we handle personal data under Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI) and Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD). Last updated: 4 May 2026.

1. Information we collect

We may collect: email address, IP address, browser and device metadata, order history, the social profile URL you submit at checkout (we never collect your password), and payment metadata processed through Stripe or Komoju (full card numbers are never stored on our systems).

2. How we use information

Collected data is used for: fulfilling your orders, preventing fraud and chargeback abuse, providing customer support, complying with legal and accounting obligations, and improving the Service through aggregated analytics that do not identify individuals.

3. Retention

Guest order data is deleted after 90 days. Order and billing records for registered users are retained for 5 years in accordance with Japanese tax and accounting record-keeping requirements. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time.

4. Third parties

We share the minimum data required for service delivery with our payment processors (Stripe and Komoju) and our cloud infrastructure providers. These vendors process the data under their own privacy policies. Apart from disclosures required by law (court orders, tax authority requests, and similar), we do not share your personal information with any other third party.

5. Your rights

Under APPI and LGPD you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict the use of, and port your personal data, and to opt out of disclosure to third parties. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@sns.astronam.com.

6. Cookies and sessions

We use only essential cookies: a language preference cookie, a CSRF protection cookie, and a login session cookie. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

7. International data transfer

Depending on where our cloud infrastructure is located, your data may be processed outside Japan. In such cases we apply protections equivalent to those required by APPI and LGPD.

8. Security

All traffic is encrypted with TLS, passwords are stored hashed, and we apply intrusion detection, access logging, and least-privilege access controls.

9. Children

The Service is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.

10. Changes to this Policy

If we update this Policy we will post a notice on the Service. Material changes will also be notified by email to registered users.
