Refund and Guarantee Policy
KGA SNS publishes a clear refund and guarantee policy so customers can buy with confidence. Last updated: 4 May 2026.
1. 30-day refill guarantee
Followers, certain view services, and certain like services include a 30-day refill guarantee. Any natural drop within 30 days of delivery completion will be refilled at no additional cost. The exact refill scope is stated on each service page.
2. When refunds apply
- System non-delivery: when an order does not complete within the maximum stated delivery window
- Drop greater than 30%: when more than 30% of the delivered quantity disappears again within the guarantee window after a refill attempt has been made (pro-rata refund)
- Permanent retirement of the service: when the specific service is permanently retired for technical or compliance reasons
- Billing errors: clear duplicate or incorrect charges
3. When refunds do not apply
- Reach changes caused by platform-level algorithms, including the Instagram FLAG warning
- Customer-side errors (wrong profile URL, private account, username changed mid-order)
- Natural drift after a stable delivery, occurring outside the guarantee window
- Dissatisfaction with metrics we do not control, such as FYP placement, recommendations, or search ranking
- Orders that violate our prohibited use rules
4. How to claim
Open a support ticket at support@sns.astronam.com within 30 days of order completion. Include the order number, social profile URL, a description of the issue, and screenshots when possible. We will issue a first response within 24 hours.
5. Refill vs refund
As a rule, we attempt to resolve issues with a refill first. A refund is issued only when a refill is technically impossible or when the service has been permanently retired. The goal is to restore the original outcome you paid for whenever possible.
6. Pro-rata refund formula
For partial non-delivery or in-warranty drops, the refund is calculated as:
Refund = order amount × (missing or dropped quantity ÷ ordered quantity)
Example: an order of 1,000 followers paid at JPY 5,000 with a 300-follower drop inside the warranty window gives a refund of JPY 5,000 × (300 ÷ 1,000) = JPY 1,500.
7. Refund method
Approved refunds are returned in Japanese Yen (JPY) to the original payment method (Stripe card, Komoju konbini, bank transfer, and so on). Depending on the processor, funds may take 5 to 14 business days to reach your account.
8. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback with your card issuer instead of contacting us first will result in immediate account suspension and may prevent future use of the Service. Please contact support before initiating a chargeback.
