Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern the use of the social media marketing platform (the "Service") operated by KGA SNS (the "Company"). By using the Service you accept these Terms.

1. Description of the Service

The Company offers growth services for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, including followers, likes, views, comments, saves, and shares. The specification, expected delivery window, and quality tier of each service are listed on the corresponding service page.

2. Account creation and age

Use of the Service requires you to be at least 18 years old. You must provide accurate and current information when registering. One account per user is permitted, and you are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.

3. Pricing and taxes

All prices are displayed in Japanese Yen (JPY). Japanese consumption tax may apply to customers located in Japan. Customers in other jurisdictions are responsible for any local taxes that apply.

4. Orders and cancellations

An order begins processing after payment is confirmed. Cancellation is possible before processing starts but generally not after delivery has begun. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Quality disclaimer

We aim for the best possible delivery, but outcomes that depend on internal algorithms operated by Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube (FYP, recommendations, search ranking) and platform features such as the Instagram FLAG warning are outside our control and are not guaranteed. Delivery speeds and quality are provided on a best-effort basis.

6. Prohibited use

The Service may not be used in connection with illegal content, accounts featuring minors, hate speech, incitement to violence or terrorism, fraudulent or impersonation accounts, or accounts that infringe intellectual property. The Company may refuse or cancel any non-compliant order at its sole discretion.

7. Third-party processors

We use Stripe and Komoju as payment processors and operate our infrastructure through cloud infrastructure providers. No other third party receives your personal information.

8. Limitation of liability

Our liability is in all cases capped at the value paid for the order at issue. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss.

9. Account suspension

We may suspend accounts without prior notice in case of breach of these Terms, fraud, or chargeback abuse.

10. Intellectual property

All intellectual property in our brand, documentation, and platform UI belongs to the Company.

11. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by Japanese law. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for any dispute relating to the Service.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified at least 30 days before they take effect, by email to the address on file or by notice on the Service.
